Foy Clyde Sellers was born July 17, 1928 to Theodore and Pearl (Aldridgee) Sellers west of Apache, Oklahoma, near Boone, Oklahoma.
On November 9, 1947, he married Gladys Lavonne (Littlefield) Sellers. They had two sons, Hardeman Clyde (Skipper) Sellers and Roy Lee Sellers.
Foy was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 62 years Gladys, son Skipper, siblings Ted Sellers, Alice Brown, and Rosie Sexton.
Foy is survived by son, Roy Sellers and wife Darla; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, nine step grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. And his “sweetie” Marlene Barnett and her family.
Foy was a member of the following organizations: Disabled American Veterans; Frozen Chosin Chapter of Oklahoma City; Free and Ancient Masons, Chapter #479, and he was a Past Master; a 32nd degree Mason of Scottish Rite at Guthrie, Oklahoma; and a member of the Eastern Star at Meeker and Prague, Oklahoma, where he was a Past Worthy Patron.
Foy actively served in Baptist churches throughout his life and loved the Lord and served his church families where he was attending.
