Henry Samuel Poskey was born December 19, 1942, in Allen, Okla., and died Monday, November 30, 2020, in Stroud. He was 77 years old.
Poskey, the son of Theodore Samuel and Anna Mae (Summers) Poskey, married Donna Jean Bunyard on August 3, 1969, in Stroud.
A 1962 graduate of Allen High School, he graduated from Metropolitan Technical Institute in Dallas, Texas, majoring in industrial electronics and broadcasting engineering. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and his employment included Western Union and Automatic Toll on the Turner Turnpike.
His parents preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife Donna Jean Poskey, his son and daughter-in-law Mark and Sara Poskey, two grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services were held Friday, Dec. 4, 2020 at Stroud Cemetery under the care of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
