Loretta Iona Stricklin was born August 7, 1946, in Wellston. She died September 3, 2020, at the age of 74 years.
Stricklin, a 1964 graduate of Wellston High School, worked as a secretary and accountant for Globe Life Insurance Company in Oklahoma City. She was a member of Assembly of God Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Claude and Bonnie Danker; her husband Ira Stricklin; one son, Johnny Beasler; and one brother, David Danker.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Carol Jean and Rusty Gilpin; 4 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and other family and friends.
A funeral service was held Monday, September 7, 2020, in the chapel of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston, which handled the final arrangements. Carol Gilpin and Ronda Townsend officiated. Burial followed at Wellston Cemetery.
