Mary June Stevens was born August 22, 1931, in Avery, Okla., and died Friday, April 8, 2022, at her home in Cushing, Okla. She was 90 years old.
Stevens was the daughter of Loyd and Hazel (Donnell) Greenfield. She married Lloyd Stevens on September 7, 1950, in Davenport.
A Chandler High School graduate, she was baptized into the General Assembly and Church of the F irstborn.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, daughter and son-in-law Twila and Dwayne Thompson, one granddaughter, and four brothers, Loyd Greenfield Jr., Gerald Greenfield and twins Merle Greenfield and Earl Greenfield.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Carla and Jim Ellis of Morgantown, Ind., and Nesta and Bruce Porter of Agra; 10 grandchildren and their families; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn in Cushing. A private family burial will follow at Parkland Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing.
