Ronald Philip Brasel was born April 13, 1934, in Harrison, Ark. He died Tuesday, August 17, 2021, in Oklahoma City at the age of 87 years.
Brasel, the son of E.P. and Daisy (Carlton) Brasel, married Phyllis Hinkle on January 17, 1959.
A 1952 graduate of Shawnee High School, he served in the United States Navy and was a member of Friends Church in Chandler.
His parents and one daughter, Kimberly Jones, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife Phyllis Brasel of the home; his daughter and son-in-law Dayna and Donnie Gibson of Yukon, Okla.; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held Saturday, A ugust 21, 2021, at Oak Park Cemetery in Chandler under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
