Vernon Edward Janway was born to Cordie Lee and Ethel Marie (Fox) Janway on December 28, 1941, in Howe, Okla.
He died Saturday, February 5, 2022, at his home in Wellston. He was 80 years old.
Vernon enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Charlie Janway, James Janway, Albert Janway and Connie Janway; and three sisters, Lorene Jones, Josephine Yandell and Katherine Morrison.
Survivors include his wife Elizabeth; three children, Brian Janway, Keith Janway and Missy Gray; several grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Final arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
