Adeline Marie Pieper was born February 15, 1937, in Avery, Okla., and died Friday, September 24, 2021, at her home in Cushing, Okla. She was 84 years old.
Pieper, the daughter of George and Esther Ewen, married Tommy Taylor on June 20, 1955, in Avery. On July 12, 1984, she was married to Don Pieper.
A 1955 Cushing High School graduate, she was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Avery.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband Don, her brother Robert Ewen and son-in-law Mike Raffety.
Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Jeannette and Gary Pierce and Leannette Raffety; her son Delbert Taylor and Connie Bryantt; two stepsons and their spouses, Bruce and Marti Pieper and Doug and Colleen Pieper; six grandchildren and their spouses and eight great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her siblings and their spouses, Julianna and Lothar Zell, Jerome and Linda Ewen and Raymond and Sally Ewen; and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services were held Monday, September 27, 2021, at Immanuel Lutheran Church with Linda Ewen officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing.
