Carl Ellis Hodge of Stroud was born February 10, 1937, in Turley, Okla. He died Saturday, July 24, 2021, at the age of 84 years.
Hodge, the son of Clyde Harlan and Georgia May (Smiley) Hodge, married Helen Carr in 1955.
A graduate of Bristow High School, Bristow, Okla., he worked as a mechanic.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife; three sons, Ed Hodge, David Hodge and Larry Hodge; two brothers Jess Hodge and Clyde Hodge; and two sisters, Mary Sanders and Betty Rolston.
Survivors include his son and daughters-in-law, Robert and Sara Hodge of Stroud and Robin Bell of California; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
No services are planned at this time. Final arrangements were under the direction of Michael’s Funeral Home of Drumright, Okla.
