Carrie Mae (Moore) Lashly, age 81 of Sioux Falls, S.D., died June 2, 2022 at Dougherty Hospice House.
She was born March 20, 1932, in Cushing, Okla., to William Frederick Moore and Ida Belle (Horne) Moore. Lashly worked as a teacher and was a member of First Baptist Church in Sioux Falls, S.D.
She married Floyd Lashly on May 26, 1962 in Chandler, Okla.
Lashly is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Lashly; parents, Fred & Belle Moore; and brother-in-law, Dean Cochran.
Survivors include her daughters, Kelly Lashly, Sioux Falls, S.D., Kathy (Mark) Sundvold, Sioux Falls, S.D.; two grandchildren; sister, Mary Sue Cochran, Chandler, Okla.; brother-in-law Richard (Mary) Lashly, Lewisville, Texas; and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m., June 18, 2022, at Chandler Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Kelly J. Lashly, arrangements by the family.
