Gregory Lamar Argrow, was born Sept. 30, 1962, in Stroud, Okla. and passed away Aug.
3, 2022 at 59 years old.
He was the son of late Helen Clariece Woody and Essie Ree Argrow.
He attended Stroud High School graduating with the class of 1980. He attended University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. He worked for many years at Corning Revere Outlet in Stroud, Okla. until 1999. He continued to work for Corning Revere company as a Training manager and traveled all over the United States. In 2000, he started at Dollar General as a Store manager and worked there for 18 years. He became a member of Jesus First Baptist Church where he was a dedicated member for many years. At Jesus First Baptist, he served faithfully as a treasurer. He was preceded in death by his son Christopher Argrow; parents Clareice Woody and Essie Argrow; and sister Sheena Godwin. Greg is survived by his significant other Ronda Brookshire; stepdaughter Salonne Carter (Lynn), aister: Rachel Argrow Byrd (James) of Tampa, Fla..; brothers: Jeff Argrow of Stroud, Okla., Brian Argrow (Guendolyn) of Longmont, Colo., John Argrow (Barbara) of Boulder, Colo.; three grandchildren and many other family and friends Service will be held at 11 am, Saturday, Aug. 13, 2022 at Jesus First Baptist Church, Stroud, Okla. with burial to follow at Stroud Cemetery.
