Juanita Sue Williams was born to Raymond Sr. and Jessie Oneida (Westlake) Phillips on March 21, 1945, in Deport, Texas. She died Wednesday, April 15, 2020, in Oklahoma City at the age of 75 years.
A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 2020 in the chapel of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston, which handled the final arrangements.
