Lanea Pauline Baker was born October 15, 1937, in Los Angeles, Calif. She died Saturday, August 1, 2020, in Davenport at the age of 82 years.

She graduated from Excelsior High School in Norwalk, Calif., and worked for Boeing.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Vivian (Vandever) Davis, Frank Davis and Paul Isham and her brother Derril Tidwell.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years James D. Baker; her children and their spouses, Janie and Rolan Dillion, Sheri Munkres, Tim and Jody Robinson, Randy and Kelli Munkres, Paula and Steve Snow, Carla and Rocky Weber, and James and Timmi Baker; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; her brother Dave Davis; and other family and friends.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, August 8, 2020, at Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, which handled the final arrangements.

The family requests that memorials be made by planting a flower or tree as an expression of honor to Lanea.
