Wanda Rose Legako was born to Mr. and Mrs. Edward Legako of Wellston, Okla. on January 25, 1924. She died July 10, 2021.
Legako had a 25-year career as a teacher, including at Prague, Drumright, and Okmulgee. She also worked at St. Gregory’s in the mailroom and was an active member of the Catholic Faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her 12 siblings: Marion, Adrian, Roman, Steve, Connie, Victor, Ted, Joe, Helen, Irene, Vivian and Dorothy. Survivors include her many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Lady of Sorrows Catholic church in Chandler, 10 a.m., July 14, 2021, Father Timothy Ruckel officiating.
