Herring named Coach of the Year
Chandler’s Grace Hulsey has been chosen the 66 Conference fast-pitch most valuable player and Lady Lions’ coach Bryan Herring has been named coach of the year.
The awards crown a strong season for the Lady Lions, who went 31-10, won the 66 championship and came within a game of going to the state tournament.
Hulsey pitched and played shortstop and was the Lady Lions’ leadoff batter.
