A Chandler woman who was by Meeker police and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation in June has been formally charged with embezzlment.Lesa Manning, 64, was charged in Lincoln County District with one count of embezzlement.

Communities around Lincoln County are gearing up for their annual Fourth of July celebrations this Friday.Chandler will host their annual fireworks display at Bell Cow Lake on July 4.
