Gregory Lamar Argrow

Gregory Lamar Argrow, was born Sept. 30, 1962, in Stroud, Okla. and passed away Aug. 3, 2022 at 59 years old. He was the son of late Helen Clariece Woody and Essie Ree Argrow. He attended Stroud High School graduating with the class of 1980. He attended University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond.

Ruth Mae Meteer was born on April 15, 1931 in Chandler, Okla. and died Aug. 5, 2022 at the age of 91 Ruth attended Chandler schools until she married Sonny Rush and they had a son they named Charles Glen. After their divorce, she met and married Harlan Meteer.

Glenda Marie Clayton Owens Rains, 95, of Stroud, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Glenda was born on March 2, 1927, in Avery, Okla., the daughter of Mark Clayton and Thelma Ford. She graduated from Stroud High School and later attended beauty school in Tulsa.

Erma Anderson

Erma Anderson, age 90, went to be with her Lord on July 15, 2022, surrounded by her family. Erma was born on Oct. 17, 1931 in Cherryville, Mo. to Otto and Martha Pyatt. She met Ray Anderson “the love of her life”, and they married shortly after on Sept. 8, 1951 in Salem, Ark.

Karen Allen

Karen Allen was born June 17, 1949 in Chandler to Ervin and Hazel (Wakley) Allen. She died July 20, 2022 in Oklahoma City at the age of 73. Karen was the ultimate babysitter.
