Ofc. Berry was dispatched to 8 th street and Keokuk Ave. in reference to a vehicle pursuit. The driver of the pursuing truck abandoned the vehicle when it ran out of gas. A report was taken and the vehicle was impounded.

Saturday, Aug. 7

Ofc. Hawkins was dispatched to S. Iowa in reference to tires slashed on a vehicle.

Sunday, Aug. 8

Ofc. Batman stopped a driver at Manvel Ave. and Sixth St. for no rear lights. The driver was cited for driving under suspension and called for someone to get his vehicle.

Monday, Aug. 9

Ofc. Batman responded to EZ Go on the turnpike in reference to shoplifting. Jennifer Elaine Mashburn was arrested for petit larceny and entering with intent to commit larceny from a retailer.

Tuesday, Aug. 10

Ofc. Wells took a report at the police dept. on a hit and run to a vehicle at Walmart.

Ofc. Berry was dispatched to W. 2 nd St. in reference to a domestic disturbance. Josie McKinney was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Ofc. Berry was dispatched to Chandler Lake in reference to a domestic disturbance. William Joseph Nelson and Stephanie Nelson were arrested for public intoxication.

Thursday, Aug. 12

Ofc. Batman arrested Paul Randall Mitchell at Iowa and Sixth St. on a municipal warrant.

Friday, Aug. 13

Ofc. Hawkins was dispatched to Hudiburg Ford in reference to a stolen truck. The truck was located in Cushing and charges will be filed against the suspect.

Saturday, Aug. 14

Ofc. Mustard stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at Hwy. 18 & Hwy. 66. Gabrieal Renea Huntley was arrested on Pottawatomie County warrants for domestic assault and battery by strangulation and assault with a dangerous weapon.
