Charges for Stroud man

A Stroud man faces two felonies and two misdemeanors following a recent high speed pursuit on Highway 66 and county roads in Lincoln County. Formal felony charges were filed April 21 in Lincoln County District Court against Camron Jeremiah Thornhill, 21.

Dale baseball heads to state

The Dale High School baseball team once again is headed into the state tournament after capturing a regional championship last weekend on its home field. The Pirates will play their opener today against Morrison at 4 p.m. on Palmer Field at Dolese Park in Oklahoma City.
