Stroud reinstates moratorium on tiny homes

The Stroud City Council voted to reinstate the moratorium on tiny homes within city limits, excluding the Special Overlay District, to give City Attorney Jim Hodgens time to draft an ordinance on them.

Pair faces eight felonies

A man from Newalla and a woman from Wellston face a total of eight felonies between them against a child.Galahad Gideon Carroll, 37, Newlla was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court on May 12, 2025 with one count of first degree rape and six counts of lewd acts with a child.
