Longtime Stroud resident Judy Trout was born August 8, 1941, in Cushing, Okla. She died Monday, August 9, 2021, at the age of 80 years.
Trout, the daughter of LeRoy and Margurite (Blair) Hayter, married Bob Trout on November 29, 1972, and settled in Stroud.
A 1959 graduate of Cushing Public Schools, she worked as a secretary with the City Manager for the City of Stroud and retired from Valley Hope in Cushing.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband and two brothers, Don Hayter and Jim Hayter.
Survivors include her twin sister Jane Jenkins of Cushing; her son Tony Chrisp of Cushing and daughter Shari Tuttle of Stroud; three grandchildren and their spouses; nine great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Fairlawn Cemetery in Cushing under the direction of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing.
