Jeffrey John Fernandez was born February 8, 1960, in New York City. He died Thursday, August 26, 2021, at the age of 61 years.
Fernandez attended college in Boston, Mass., and worked as a construction project manager in New York before retiring to Oklahoma.
Survivors include his wife Diane Fernandez, his daughter Mercedes, his brother Roberto Fernandez and other family and friends.
A memorial gathering was held Monday, August 30, 2021, in the chapel of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston, which handled the final arrangements.
