Leonard Daniel “Dan” Westfall of Perkins, Okla., was born November 3, 1932, in Friona, Texas.
He died Wednesday, October 20, 2021, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 88 years.
Westfall, the son of Leonard G. and Bessie E. (Hagar) Westfall, married Edna Kendrick on August 31, 1957.
He worked as a maintenance supervisor at Stillwater Airport, was the first manager of the Coop in Perkins and retired as a rural mail deliverer from the Perkins Post Office. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Perkins.
Preceding him in death were his parents; an infant son, Dale; and his siblings, Vivian Westfall, June Kirkpatrick, Virl Allen and Ricky Westfall.
Survivors include his wife Edna Westfall; his daughters and sons-in-law, Dana and Mark Larson, Anita and Don Francis and Linda and Steve Barta; six grandchildren and their spouses; one great-grandson; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Immanuel Baptist Church under the direction of Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Perkins.
