Jerry Dean Mullendore was born February 21, 1958, and died Monday, November 15, 2021, at his home in Wellston. He was 63 years old.
Mullendore, a 1976 Wellston High School graduate, was a truck driver.
Preceding him in death were his parents Delbert and Dorothy Mullendore; his wife Paula Mullendore; and three brothers, Charles Mullendore, Johny Mullendore and Dennis Mullendore.
Survivors include his son Jon Paul Mullendore and Jessica; daughter Mandee Wester and William; four grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Linda Mullendore, Beverly Mullendore; and other family and friends.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 19, at Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston, which handled the final arrangements. A funeral service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 20, at Faith Baptist Church in Harrah with burial at Rossville Cemetery, Wellston.
