Lincoln County officers arrested a woman after she allegedly stole money and a purse and used a stolen debit card to purchase merchandise and products.
A felony charge of Pattern of Criminal Offenses was formally filed Nov. 22 in Lincoln County District Court against Angela Jo Wilson, 48, of Claremore.
Associate District Judge Sheila Kirk set bond for Wilson at $7,500 and ordered her to make an initial appearance at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 6.
Wilson is accused of committing several crimes, all in one day, in three counties.
She is charged with committing grand larceny, a felony, on Nov. 4 at 890337 S. Highway 99 in Lincoln County by taking and stealing $1,500, a Coach brand purse, a Coach brand wallet, a Social Security card and a BancFirst debit card, belonging to another woman.
The other crimes she is charged with include:
At Casey’s convenience store in Drumright in Creek County of unlawfully using a BancFirst debit card belonging to the same woman to obtain cigarettes, tobacco products and gasoline totaling $41.97 without the consent of the woman.
At the Walmart store in Bristow in Creek County of unlawful use the debit card to obtain merchandise totaling $91.21 without the same woman’s consent.
At the Walmart store in Cushing in Payne County of using the debit card to obtain merchandise totaling $419.88 without the woman’s consent.
And in Lincoln County knowingly concealing stolen property by withholding from the woman a Coach brand purse and a Coach brand wallet that had been stolen from the same woman with the property having a combined total value of less than $1,000.
A probable cause affidavit states that several days later Wilson and a male subject were located in the suspect vehicle in Davenport and stopped by Lincoln County Deputy Kevin Chapman and Sheriff’s Sergeant Larry Stover, Jr.
Wilson was later arrested but the male subject reportedly had nothing to do with the alleged crime spree.
