Lincoln County commissioners this week authorized an application to the Safe Streets and Roads for All grant program.
It was explained this is a five-year project and that they need to develop a comprehensive safety plan.
Commissioners took no action on temporary appropriations for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 nor did they take any action on approving a budget request for submission to the County Excise Board.
They held a special joint meeting with the Excise Board on Wednesday (day after this newspaper went to press for this week.).
In other business, commissioners:
Awarded some sixmonths bids on lumber and materials and other items but threw out bids related to asphalt and tin horns.
Briefly discussed the receipt of ARPA funds in the amount of $3,387,224.
Adopted a resolution and payment option for ACCO-SIF (Workman’s Comp) insurance.
Took no action on a resolution and payment option for ACCO-SIG (Property and Liability) insurance because it hasn’t come in yet.
Approved the 2022 Resale Property Fund Financial statement.
Approved renewal of HR Consulting with Gunter Training on a month-to-month basis.
Adopted a donation resolution in the amount of $1,500 for District 2.
Adopted a donation resolution from Project Heart to the Lincoln County Fair Board.
Approved new Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority Certificates of Compliance for Community Cultivation LLC, Dr. Greenthumb Wholesale LLC, Well Done Farms 1 LLC and Well Done Farms 2 LLC.
Approved a location change for an OMMA Certificate of Compliance for Kind Okie Farms LLC
Approved a P-Card payment approval form.
Took no action on a 911 Address Mapping System for Emergency Management.
