Minnie Alene Munson, 85, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Wednesday night, July 6, 2022, at William Newton Hospital.
Born August 7, 1936, in Stroud, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Arthur Harold and Ethel Ellen (Taylor) Munson. She worked in Customer Service for the City of Winfield for over 20 years before retiring.
In addition to her parents, Minnie was preceded in death by a brother Harold Arthur Munson, sisters, Hazel and Vera Irene Munson, Ruth Reno, and Betty Munson, brothers-in-law, Daryl Reno, Ronnie Berry, and William Cook, and sisters-in-law, Phyllis Munson and Marilyn Munson.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service.
A memorial has been established in Minnie’s name for the Wounded Warrior Project. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
