Charles Shelton Porter was born May 3, 1957 in Savannah, Georgia.
He passed away October 4, 2022 at the age of 65.
Charles moved around throughout his life living in Pennsylvania, Jew Jersey, Ohio, Michigan where he lived much of his young life and where he graduated from high school. He also lived in Houston, and New Mexico finally landing in Oklahoma where he has lived with his sister, Candice. Charles proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps.
A memorial service was held Sunday evening in the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel and a funeral mass was held Monday at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Chandler. Interment will be later in the National Cemetery in Elgin, Oklahoma. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
