JoAnn Flanagan was born October 27, 1939 in Arkoma, Oklahoma.
She passed away March 30, 2023 at 84 years of age.
She was preceded in death by her husband of over 60 years.
The family celebrated JoAnn’s life with a private memorial service.
Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
