Billy C Mitchell was born Feb. 2, 1952 and died May 4, 2023 after a short illness. Bill was a life long resident of Stroud, he worked in concrete all his adult life.
Leaving behind his wife of 36 years, Carolyn Murray Mitchell, 1 daughter, Carol Crary and husband David Crary, 2 sons, Richard Murray Jr. and estranged wife Cara Smith Murray, Jimmy Don Murray, 3 sisters, Carolyn Harrison, Nellie Wooten, and Juanita Pitts & husband Darrell Pitts. He has 3 brothers, Donnie Mitchell, Delbert Mitchell & Elvin Mitchell, sister in law Jan Mitchell, 14 grandkids, 18 great grandchildren.
He is proceeded in death are his father Curtis James Mitchell, his mother, Juanita Simon Mitchell 2 brothers, Jerry Mitchell & James Mitchell, 1 grandson, a granddaughter, one great granddaughter and a great grandson.
