The Easter Bunny is hopping through Chandler on Mar. 30 for the annual Chandler Downtown Easter Egg Hunt.
Hosted by the VFW Post #1719 Auxiliary, the event will take place on the lawn of the Lincoln County Courthouse, with the hunt kicking off at 11 a.m.
Participants will be broken up into three age groups. The first is up to age three, the second is ages four to six, and the last is seven to age 10. Children over the age of 10 cannot participate.
The Chandler Area Chamber of Commerce has been collecting egg donations from Chamber members over the last several weeks to help make the event fun for all. They have said that they will continue taking donations of Easter eggs until Friday, Mar. 29 at 12 p.m. You can drop them off at the Chamber office if you would like to donate. They ask that you bring filled eggs.
