An Oklahoma City man faces three felonies dealing with a child with the crimes allegedly occurring in Lincoln County.
Mark Leon Miller, 58, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court on Aug. 15 with enabling child sexual abuse, enabling child sexual exploitation and child neglect.
He appeared before Special Judge Emily Mueller on the same day he was charged.
The judge set his bond at $100,000 and ordered that he have no contact with anyone under 18 years old.
She set his pre-preliminary hearing for Sep. 26.
Count 1 accuses Miller of enabling child sexual abuse between July 4, 2023 and July 24, 2024 as a person responsible for the health, safety and welfare of a child.
In Count 2, Miller is charged between the same time period with the crime of enabling child sexual exploitation as a person responsible for the health, safety and welfare of a child.
Count 3 charges Miller with during the same time period of child neglect a person responsible for a child’s health, safety and welfare.
