Dale boys win again; girls fall in semis
Dale High School’s Pirates captured their fourth straight state championship Saturday, overwhelming Pocola 60-20. The Pirates held Pocola to only seven points in the entire first half. Dale’s girls were looking for a repeat championship, but lost to Oklahoma Bible in the semifinals. Chandler and North Rock Creek boys won their area tournaments and will head to the state tournament this week. The Cougars take on Bethany at noonWednesday at the Big House.
