A Harrah man previously convicted of several felonies has been set for a status conference in November and a felony disposition docket in January.
Travis Wayne Kaskaske, 43, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court on March 24, 2025, with bringing contraband into a jail/ penal institution.
A $50,000 bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Kaskaske who failed to make his court appearance and who is facing a new felony and a misdemeanor.
After being called three times in open court to appear, Special Judge Emily Mueller set his bond at $50,000 and ordered a bond forfeiture He also was charged with unlawful possession of paraphernalia.
Appearing recently before District Judge Sarah Bridge, Kaskaske entered an innocent plea.
The court received the plea and the case was set for status conference at 9 a.m. Nov. 4, 2025, and the felony disposition docket at 9 a.m. Jan. 6, 2026.
He appeared in March before Associate District Judge Joe Dobry, who set his bond at $3,000.
He made his initial appearance on Apr. 24.
Count 1 accuses Kaskaske on March 20, 2025, of bringing into the Lincoln County Jail an item of contraband, specifically Methamphetamine, without the authority to do so while an inmate in the Lincoln County Jail.
In count 2 he is charged on the same day of possessing a glass pipe which is used by abusers of drugs classified as Controlled Dangerous Substances and without having any medical need requiring possession of the paraphernalia.
Supplemental information filed in the case by Assistant District Attorney Kelly Trimble shows Kaskaske was previously convicted of the following felonies: On May 5, 2016, in Oklahoma County District Court bail jumping.
On May 25, 2023, in Oklahoma County District Court Assault and Battery on a police officer.
In Oklahoma County District Court on Oct. 24, 2012, driving under the influence.
And on March 30, 2011, in Pottawatomie County District Court false declaration of ownership to a pawnbroker.
