A Harrah man faces eight felonies, several of which are related to pornography and child abuse material involving juveniles.
Formal charges were filed in Lincoln County District Court on Oct. 28, 2025 against Jerod Arthur Deatherage, 37.
He made an initial appearance before Special Judge Emily Mueller on Oct. 30. She has scheduled a preliminary hearing for Deatherage at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 4.
Associate District Judge Joe Dobry earlier had set his bond at $800,000.
Count 1 is child sexual abuse material, buying, possessing, procuring, a felony.
In Counts 2, 3 and 4 he is charged with pornography, procure, produce, distribute, possess juvenile pornography, a felony.
Count 3 charges him on March 18, 2024 of distribution of child sexual abuse material by sharing a video containing child sexual abuse with another on Snapchat in Lincoln County.
In Count 4, he is accused of record, distribute, transmit obscenity, a felony, by making videos showing the defendant having sexual intercourse with a dog in Lincoln County.
Count 5 accuses Deatherage of record, distribute, transmit obscenity, a felony. On about Feb. 28, 2024 he is accused of distribution of obscene material by sharing a video containing an adult male having sexual intercourse with a dog with another individual on Snapchat in Lincoln County.
Counts 6 is similar to Count 5 with the date being on March. 18, 2024.
Counts 7 and 8 are crimes against nature, both between Feb. 28, 2024 and Oct. 1, 2025 and he is accused of beastiality in Lincoln County.
