The North Rock Creek School Board approved a lease/purchase agreement and several routine items at its regular meeting on Sept. 14.
The Board approved a resolution approving a lease/purchase agreement and authorizing the execution of the same; authorizing the employment of school district counsel, financial advisor and bond counsel pertaining to financing; and authorizing school districts officials to execute any and all necessary documents in connection with all of the previously mentioned transactions.
The item was unanimously passed by the four members present.
In the consent agenda, the Board passes minutes of the previous meeting inAugust; financial reports, the FY2027 Estimate of Needs and Annual Public Budget Hearing; Enrollment and Transfer Summary; the FY27 Gifted Plan and Committee, Alternative Education Plan, Teacher Empowerment Grant,Title Programs and Federal Programs Public Hearing; OSSBA Policy Updates; and Annual Oklahoma State Regents College Remediation Report.
