Donald Ray Blackwell of Prague was born to Burl and Gladys Blackwell on February 4, 1940, in Prague. He died Sunday, August 25, 2019, at the age of 79 years. Services are pending at this time with final arrangements entrusted to Brown’s Family Funeral Home in Chandler.
