Lifelong Chandler resident Chrystal Lee Neal Rice was born to Kenneth and Opal Neal on March 25, 1959, in Chandler. She died Sunday, September 29, 2019, in Shawnee, Okla., at the age of 59 years.
Rice was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Kenneth Wayne Neal; and two sisters, Sandra Marshall and Janice Neal.
Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Howard Rice, of the home; her son Alfonzo Neal of Oklahoma City; four sisters, Kathy Talley and husband Bertram of Chandler, Rhonda Neal and Kimberly Neal, both of Oklahoma City, and Paula Neal of Los Angeles, Calif.; and other relatives and friends.
Services, held Saturday, October 5, 2019, at Douglas Community Center in Chandler, were entrusted to Brown’s Family Funeral Home in Chandler.
