Patrick Taylor

Patrick Taylor of Chandler was born to Jerry and Linda Hope Taylor on September 14, 1973, in Shawnee, Okla. He died Friday, November 15, 2019, in Oklahoma City at the age of 46 years.

Taylor, a Chandler High School graduate, served in the Army National Guard. His career in law enforcement included working as a police officer for Davenport, Stroud, and Sac and Fox Tribal Police and finally as a deputy for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. He became an investigator before being promoted to captain and jail administrator.

Preceding him death were his mother and his son Jeremiah Scott Taylor.

Survivors include his father Jerry Taylor of Chandler; his wife of 23 years, Danielle Taylor of Chandler; two sons, Lane Harvey and Joshua Taylor, both of Chandler; and one grandson.

He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Dempsey and Crystal Taylor of Shawnee; two sisters, Kris Thomason of Powder, Texas, and Julie Taylor of Chandler; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at First Baptist Church in Davenport with the Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating.

Burial followed at Forest Cemetery south of Chandler under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
