Nancy Louise (Johnson) Key was born February 20, 1951, in Wichita, Kan. She died Friday, February 28, 2020, in Wellston at the age of 69 years.
Key, the daughter of Johnny F. and Selma L. (Bass) Johnson, married Jim Key in 1974.
A graduate of Wellston High School, she earned a teaching degree at Central State University in Edmond, Okla., and taught second grade at Wellston Public Schools. She was a member of Wellston United Methodist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents and two brothers, Johnny F. Johnson II and James V. Johnson.
Survivors include her husband Jim of the home; her son Michael Key; her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Lucky Robinson; her mother Willa Johnson; her sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Richard Matthews; her brothers and sister-in-law, John and Donna Burruss and Joseph Johnson; two grandchildren; and other family and friends.
A memorial service was held Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at First United Methodist Church of Wellston under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
