Elania Chris Scribner of Chandler was born September 20, 1946, in Cushing, Okla.
She died Monday, August 24, 2020, in Chandler at the age of 73 years.
Scribner, the daughter of Henry Farish Howard and Laverne Cannon, married Thomas Ray Scribner on April 11, 1969.
A graduate of Agra High School, s he was a homemaker and also worked for Walmart.
She was a member of Church of Christ and Faith Believers.
Her parents and her husband preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Carrie Scribner of Chandler; two daughters and a son-in-law, Pam Maston and Mandy and Ty Moore, all of Shawnee, Okla.; seven grandchildren; five brothers, Ronnie Howard, Eddie Howard, Sherman Howard, Robin Howard and Steve Howard; one sister, Mary Costner; and other family and friends.
Graveside services were held Friday, August 28, 2020, at New Zion Cemetery in Chandler with Ron Walker officiating. Care services were provided by Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
