James Edward Blair of Chandler was born March 18, 1953, in Inglewood, Calif. He died Monday, October 26, 2020, in Noble, Okla., at the age of 67.
Blair, an avid fisherman and a maker of JEB Knives, was of the Christian faith.
His parents, Thomas and Hester (England) Blair; two brothers and a son-in-law preceded him in death. Survivors include his daughter Carrie Blair Kennedy; two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas and Ashley Blair and Jonathan and Amanda Blair; four grandchildren; his brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Cindy Blair; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, November 6, 2020, at First Baptist Church in Davenport with the Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. A family lunch and scattering of ashes will follow.
