Wilma Marie Bair, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 21, 2020 at the age of 93 years.
The daughter of the late William C. Allday and Freida E. Gelbhaar Allday, Wilma was born on August 19, 1927 in Cushing, and was raised and educated here graduating from Cushing High School with the class of 1945.
She was united in marriage to Howard M. Bair on January 10, 1954 and to this union six children, Karen, Linda, Carol, John, James and Timothy were born. Howard preceded her in death on January 4, 2005.
Wilma was a longtime member of the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer; she enjoyed knitting, reading, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Karen Bair, Linda Hoover and her husband Steve, Carol Holman and her husband Harley, John Bair and Timothy Bair; grandchildren, Jennifer Stewart and husband Jim, Lisa Reynolds, Christopher Hoover and wife Ha, Michael Holman and wife Emily, Susan Bean and husband Jerod, and Devin Bair; great-grandchildren, Destiney Stewart, Hunter Stewart, Ayden Reynolds and Kashton Bair; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son James; one brother Carl Allday; one sister Lorinda Allday, and one greatgranddaughter Avery Reynolds.
Funeral services were held Monday, December 28, 2020, in the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer under the direction of Davis Funeral Home. Burial followed at Osage Cemetery at Agra.
