Carol Jean (Morris) Sedlacek of Prague was born December 25, 1946, in Stroud. She died Monday, December 28, 2020, in Shawnee, Okla., at the age of 74 years.
Sedlacek, a Prague High School graduate, worked at the Prague Hospital and the Sac and Fox Nation’s Contract Health Department.
Preceding her in death were her parents Jewell Ivan and Retha Mae (Gore) Morris.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years David Michael Sedlacek; two children Shannon Sedlacek and Richie Sedlacek and his wife Traci; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; her siblings, Terry Morris of Stroud, Timmy Morris of Florida, Sharon Morris of Texas, Tony Morris of Stroud, Sandy Werskhy of Pryor, Okla., Cheryl Morris and Todd Morris, both of Salina; and other family and friends.
A private family service will be held with burial at Prague Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service of Prague.
