Mary Lou Penny was born to Troy and Stella Grammer on February 6, 1959, in Artesia, N.M. She died Wednesday, March 24, 2021, in Tulsa, Okla., at the age of 63 years.
Penny was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jason Penny Sr., Jason Penny Jr., Troy Grammer, her brother Toby Grammer and twin sister Martha.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Cami Penny; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tabitha Penny and Jason Carpenter and Kelsey Burge and Michael Henson; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brothers Quin and his wife Pam and Robert, her sister Elsie and other relatives and friends.
