Gale Wade Spicer was born to Aberaham Leroy and Eloise Myrtle (Jenkins) Chambers on November 23, 1955. He died Monday, August 17, 2020, in Oklahoma City at the age of 64 years.
After serving in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam era, Spicer served as a dispatcher with the Lincoln County Ambulance Service.
His parents preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife Sandra Spicer of the home, his daughter Leslie and other family and friends.
No services have been announced at this time. Final arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
