Mary Letta (Lamb) Hicks was born May 31, 1943, in Wichita Falls, Texas, and died Sunday, July 25, 2021. She was 78 years old.
Hicks, a 1961 graduate of Tryon High School, was a homemaker and ran a home daycare.
Preceding her in death were her parents Garvin and Lucilla Lamb, her son Randy Hicks and her brother Garvin Lamb.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Tim Hicks; her daughter and son-in-law, Robin and David Sumner; six grandchildren and their spouses; six greatgrandchildren; and other family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 29 , 2021 in the chapel of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston, which handled the final arrangements. The Rev. Chris Hill will officiate and burial will follow at Luther Cemetery in Luther, Okla.
