A graveside funeral service will be held for Nina May (Fields) Haas at 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at the Wellston Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
Haas was born December 6, 1936, in Alabam, Ark. She died Monday, February 1, 2021, in Oklahoma City at the age of 84 years.
A 1956 graduate of Huntsville High School, she retired from the Department of Wildlife with the State of Oklahoma.
Preceding her in death were her parents Jesse Kyle and Zella Beatrice Fields; her husband of 43 years Melvin Haas; and her brothers, Sidney Fields, Henry Fields and Joe Wayne Fields.
Survivors include her brother David Fields of Siloam Springs, Ark.; stepson Don Haas and his wife Debbie of Edmond, Okla.; and other family and friends.
