Donald Ray Napier was born to Ray and Beulah Napier on February 4, 1941 in Purcell, Okla. He died Monday, August 26, 2019, at his home in Sparks. He was 78 years old. Donald was preceded in death by his parents and one child. Survivors include his wife Peggy Napier of the home; seven children; 34 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and other family and friends. Final arrangements were under the direction of Brown’s Family Funeral Home in Chandler.
