Forrest Dale Barrett of Cushing, Okla., was born to Forrest Ray and Treva (Mitchell) Barrett on Dec. 12, 19 55, in Chandler. He died Saturday, June 13, 2020, in Tulsa, Okla., at the age of 64 years.
A 1972 graduate of Stroud High School, he served in the United States Navy and worked as a welder. He retired from servicing wind generators.
Survivors include his father Forrest Ray Barrett of Stroud; his mother Treva McDowell of Cushing; four brothers, Lloyd Lee Stone of Virginia, Jeffery Allen Barr, Weston Lillard Barrett and Leonard Ray Barrett, all of Arizona; his sister Janita Fay Abney of North Carolina; and other relatives and friends.
No services are planned at this time. Final arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
