Gladys Marie Stewart of Kingsport, Tenn., formerly of Chandler, was born December 20, 1918, in Elizabethton, Tenn. She died Wednesday, March 4, 2020, in Kingsport, at the age of 101 years.
Preceding her in death were her parents, David and Cora Rutledge; her husband Olan Stewart; one son, Thomas Stewart; her brothers, Thomas Rutledge, James Carter, and Alfred Carter; and two sisters, Stella Campbell and Ida Rogers.
Survivors include four grandchildren, one greatgrandchild and other relatives and friends.
Gravesides services were held Monday, March 9, 2020, at Rossville Cemetery in Meeker. Arrangements were under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
